About me
I enable government entities to transform digitally through enterprise architecture (TOGAF / NORA), data governance and compliance (PDPL, SDAIA, DGA), and digital maturity measurement frameworks (Qiyas, Nudhi’).
Bachelor of Information Systems from King Khalid University. I design digital strategies and roadmaps, apply ITIL 4, COBIT and TOGAF, and raise the quality of digital services. My experience spans enterprise architecture, data governance, the regulatory standards of digital government, the international standards ISO 22301, ISO 20000 and ISO 38500, and strategic project management and governance. I focus on practical solutions and a better beneficiary experience.

A working methodology built on an index that measures government entities’ compliance with digital transformation standards and diagnoses their current adoption of digital technologies, supporting their move to the top of digital maturity in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
