Abdullah Al Mubarak
I enable government entities to transform digitally through enterprise architecture (TOGAF / NORA), data governance and compliance (PDPL, SDAIA, DGA), and digital maturity measurement frameworks (Qiyas, Nudhi’). My focus is institutional alignment, governance and scalability across multi-year, phased initiatives.
Abdullah Al Mubarak is a Digital Transformation Specialist in Saudi Arabia’s government and semi-government sector. He works as a strategic enabler for institutional alignment, governance and scalability through multi-year, phased initiatives aligned with the Digital Government Authority (DGA), the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA), the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and the National Overall Reference Architecture (NORA).
